Very nice place to stay. The swimming pool is gorgeous. The food is the best in town. Room wifi not included, sold separately.
Despite the traffic outside the hotel this is a quiet and peaceful place to stay. There is a secluded inner courtyard with a good pool and excellent restaurant. Friendly staff and the largest selection of shoe shops that I ever seen very close by, a supermarket nearly opposite and the State library and history museum very close by.
It Is a wonderfull hotel, the service is excelent, the breakfast is delicious and hyper complet. The pool is clean and un general the hotel Is perfect if you want to relax AND be treat like home.
Every time I go to León, I love staying at this hotel for the service they offer. All staff is kind and willing to make your stay a good one. I love having breakfast in their restaurant, especially on the weekend; it is great! A most in León!!!
Large rooms with a nice open courtyard. Restaraunt has very good food. Only problem is the hot water. After a long wait, the water was at least warm enough for a shower.
In general it is highly recommended, the waiters service, table seating and decor is excellent, the bathrooms are very clean and modern, no complaints, excellent for social events
Nice, clear and demanding environment. Highly appreciated kind and helpful receptionists. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds, fast room service. I had problems just with the shower. If You don't have hot water in Your room, You should ask for another room, They will help You.
The hotel is lovely and the food was good. The waiters were not. The location is excellent if your going to a convention. But the hotel doesn't have enough hot water capacity to serve all the rooms.
